Delivery Information

For your best service, our products are shipped in the following ways:

1) Upon receipt from our store, after agreement on the time frame for the reservation and reserve of the products.

2) By sending via ELTA courier or ACS courier.

3) With cash on delivery. Orders with the courier which are placed during working days, from Monday to Friday, are executed immediately, as long as the stock is available.

4) For Cyprus, shipments are made through a transport company we cooperate with, where shipping costs are paid upon receipt of the parcel. Indicative delivery time 5-7 days.

5) For the rest of the countries, the shipment is made via ELTA or via courier after consultation.

Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days, excluding holidays, within major cities. For the rest of the regions, the time changes and the delivery takes place in 4 days.

For the service of cash on delivery via courier, you are charged an additional €3 in shipping costs.

For your special orders or for products that are not in stock due to preparation in their manufacture, we will contact you, regarding the waiting time,by email or phone.
