1. We will accept to take back any item that is damaged or below standard quality
2. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of issue of your invoice or relevant purchase document.
3. To qualify for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your product must be in its original unopened packaging.
4. Change or return will be made by indicating the relevant Shipping Note - Invoice/Receipt.
5. In the event that the product is defective, it can only be replaced with the same code.
1. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise and once we have checked and approved, a credit note will be issued, which you can use on your next purchase.
